About the flight school
The National Flight Centre Pilot Academy (NFC) Based in Ireland, it is an experienced and recognised flight school that has been offering European standard flight training for many years. Since its inception, it has been working with a modern fleet of training aircraft and simulation equipment, and the Academy is certified by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). With a wide range of entry-level courses to integrated airline pilot training, the school is aimed at both beginners and career students.
Offer of training
NFC’s training portfolio includes several stages: from experience flight to private pilot licence (PPL) to fully integrated ATPL training. In addition, modular theory courses are offered for the ATPL, night ratings, instructor courses as well as instrument and multi-motor training. Internationally oriented, the school also welcomes students from non-European countries and supports visa matters.
Requirements
Conditions vary depending on the type of course. For entry-level short boardings such as an “experience flight”, e.g. a minimum age and health suitability. For professional pilot training, at least 18 shall be used. Year of life, a valid EASA Class 1 ATM certificate, a good knowledge of English and – in the case of integrated training – the Abitur or a comparable qualification if necessary. The module and theory courses already require an existing private pilot license or an English language competence at a fixed level.
Costs
The cost of training varies considerably depending on the course size. For example, an adventure flight is offered for the entry-level course, while the integrated ATPL training runs as a complete package over a longer period of time and all components (flight lessons, theory lessons, simulator training, etc.) are included. It is advisable to obtain the current conditions directly at the school.
