EASA and EUROCONTROL have published a joint environmental catalogue. AVENIR brings together analytical tools, data offerings and application examples that allow air traffic control to investigate fuel consumption and operational inefficiencies, among other things.

Study sees additional SAF demand by companies

IATA, Airbus and Accenture see a potential of up to 1.9 million tonnes of SAF by 2030 through company purchases of corresponding environmental attributes. The prerequisite is, among other things, clearer accounting rules and simpler procurement methods.
