Sydney Airport switches bus fleet to electric drive

Sydney Airport begins with the introduction of 50 electric buses. The vehicles will gradually replace diesel buses and contribute to the reduction of emissions directly caused by airport operations.

Study sees additional SAF demand by companies

IATA, Airbus and Accenture see a potential of up to 1.9 million tonnes of SAF by 2030 through company purchases of corresponding environmental attributes. The prerequisite is, among other things, clearer accounting rules and simpler procurement methods.
