Comprehension
Why does a stationary altitude curve increase the pulling speed compared to the comparable straight flight?
Showing the solution
Because a higher load multiple requires more lift. Under comparable conditions, the pulling speed increases with the square root of the load multiple. The critical angle of incidence remains decisive for the tear-off.
