Hanging gliders

A dragon suitable for training must fit your weight, skills and training path. Powerful devices are not an automatic improvement for getting started.

Harness and rescue

The harness, suspension and rescue system shall be fitted together and technically adjusted and maintained.

Helmet and other equipment

Suitable helmet, firm shoes and weather-friendly clothing are part of the preparation. Radio and instruments are used appropriately for training.

First learn, then buy appropriately

Many schools initially hire equipment or offer loans. Ask explicitly for which stages of training this applies. In the case of high-altitude flight, a separate rental fee may be incurred.

Logistics are also part of your own kite: storage length, transport on a suitable carrier, secure attachment and a protected storage space. Let these points show you practically before buying.
